– When you order any of our e-learning courses, products, platform or website design services, all costs must be paid upfront.
– Regarding website design, please note that we do not deliver any designed website to the customer before full payment is received.
– If you pay for one of our services or products and then decide to cancel, you have up to 24 hours to provide your reasons in writing along with a bank account number for a refund request (by email). If Star IT Euro approves your request, your payment will be refunded. After this time, refunds will not be issued.
– When you purchase any of our e-learning courseware, your online courseware login details will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours before the start date of the course.
– Star IT Euro reserves the right to decline purchases that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of international export law.
– Once your order has been reviewed and authorized, we will release the product license. If you do not already have an account with us, we will create one for you on our website. You will be notified by email of your account credentials. If you have not received this email within 72 hours, please check your spam mailbox.
– Your online courseware login (username and password) will be delivered to your account. We will notify you by email when the order has been completed and the licenses are available.
